The Rotary Club of Walnut Creek has launched its second annual Wheelchair Project, which provides all-terrain wheelchairs to needy disabled children and adults in Central America. Wheelchairs are purchased through the nonprofit Wheelchair Foundation (Danville, CA) and shipped by ocean container to Central America.
