SF 5k/10k Run & Polar Plunge Benefiting Special Olympics Northern California
Join us for the San Francisco 5K/10K & Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics Northern California on Saturday, March 4, at Aquatic Park.
Run, Plunge, or do both!
The family-friendly event will begin with scenic 5K and 10K timed runs along the Bay with beautiful views of the city and the Golden Gate Bridge. Registration is $45 for the 5K and $55 for the 10K and includes a commemorative medal. Awards will be presented to top 3 finishers in each division. Costumes are encouraged.
Runners are encouraged to participate in the Plunge by raising an additional $125 and get ready to party with other brave souls with warm hearts who will get their chill on for Special Olympics. Every Plunger must raise a minimum of $125 and will receive a Polar Plunge T-shirt and a BBQ lunch. Additional fundraising is encouraged and incentive rewards can be earned based on the funds raised. So what are you waiting for? Dash or Splash or do both - join us for the coolest party of the year. Not wanting to jump in? There are virtual and "chicken" options that keep you out of the Bay!
