Walnut Creek HIstorical Society Tea for Two Box Fundraiser
What should be the 38th Annual Holiday Tea and Faire at the Shadelands Ranch Museum, like many 2020 events, will look very different this year. Due to public health and social distancing requirements, it is not possible to hold the ever- popular Victorian Tea Luncheons this holiday season. This is one of the Walnut Creek Historical Society's most important annual fundraisers. It generates essential funding to keep the museum open and supports our Third Grade Living History Program and Guided Downtown Walking Tours.
Instead of serving a delicious tea luncheon in our beautifully decorated 1903 era farmhouse, Walnut Creek Historical Society Volunteers are offering a TEA FOR TWO OR MORE Fundraiser. For $44.00 you will receive an attractive box with:
- Pre-measured Scone Dry Mix
- Homemade Lemon Curd
- Delicious Shortbread Cookies
- Shadelands Special Blend Holiday Tea
- Two Tea Infusers
- Two WCHS Commemorative Cookbooks
These "Tea for Two or More" boxes will be available from November 28 to December 13, 2020, for contact-free pick up or delivery in Contra Costa County or can be mailed anywhere in the Continental US (shipping rates will be added). The Holiday Faire will continue at the museum at 2660 Ygnacio Valley Road from Saturday, November 28 to Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Do your shopping locally for beautiful handmade gifts and delicious food items at the Shadelands Ranch Museum Holiday Fair.
