The word succulent is derived from the Latin word for “juice.” The Ruth Bancroft Garden is overflowing with succulent plants that reflect the qualities of vitality, efficiency and a balance of resilience and tenderness. We can cultivate these very qualities within ourselves through the practice of yoga!
Join Kendra Fried, founder of Neshamah Yoga & Wellness, for this potent and juicy three-week yoga and wellness series, just in time to prepare you for the busyness of the winter holiday season.
This series is open to ALL levels, no experience necessary; however, even seasoned yoga practitioners will learn new things and deepen their self-care in profound ways.
Participants will need to bring their own yoga mats; we recommend two mats for those that may need some extra cushioning on the concrete floors in the new Visitor & Education Center.
This is a 4-part series: April 8, 15, 22 & 29, 2020 (Wednesdays) from 9-10am. The registration fee will cover all three classes.
