Welcome to our Meditative Sound Bath class at the Ruth Bancroft Garden presented by our partners at Sound Quest Intuitive Arts. This class is designed to help you release and rejuvenate your mind.

During the hour, you will experience the powerful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, which will help to bring your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. The acoustics of the Great Room provide for a more immersive experience, allowing you to fully lose yourself in the healing sound waves.
