Expect to breathe, release tension and embrace health through motion. The Egoscue Method is a non-medical approach that has helped thousands of people tap into their body’s ability to heal itself and free themselves of chronic pain. Come discover Egoscue and what your body CAN do for you in a safe learning environment. This pain free class will be lead by Postural Therapist Marie Grob.
